Our air pads have been redesigned and improved for 2007. All of our pads are still heat bonded and use polyurethane open cell foam. They still inflate/deflate very fast and easy because of the JetStream Foam. Our comfort series pads also feature anti-slip "pvc dot" bottom fabric that prevents your pad from sliding around your tent. A non-corrosive brass valve is used for maximum durability. A FREE stuff sack and repair kit are included with every pad ... something many other companies make you pay extra for. The weight of this pad is 2 lbs. 14 oz. and the packed size is approximately 4.5" x 21". These pads are a tremendous value and will provide you with many years of comfort.

The ALPS Mountaineering Air Pad is the perfect complement to any sleeping bag, especially if you're looking for a sturdy but lightweight support device to round out your back packing equipment. Made with rugged polyurethane open cell technology and extra thick and durable 3inches foam interior construction, the pad is covered with 75-denier polyester non-slip fabric so your sleeping bag will stay put. Seams are heat-bonded to prevent separation of the layers, and to ensure years of hassle free use. The sure-grip PVC dot fabric bottom helps keep the pad in place, and you can inflate or deflate it by simply opening or closing the non-corrosive nylon/brass valve. The two pound, 9 ounce pad includes a stuff sack and repair kit.
